Jeffrey E. Larson

PORTAGE  --  Jeffrey E. Larson, age 48, died on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at his home in Portage.  

Jeff was born on January 23, 1966 in Milwaukee, the son of Eugene and Elizabeth (Rocco) Larson.  He graduated from UW-Platteville with a BS in Industrial Technology, and was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma.  Jeff married Deborah Bosse on October 3, 2005 in Grenada.  He was an avid Packer fan.            

Jeff is survived by his wife, Debbie, of Portage; his mother, Betty Larson, of Menomonee Falls, his sister, Deborah (Clayton) Ellis, of Aurora, CO; his brother-in law, Keith (Cheryl) Bosse, of Imlay City, MI; his sister-in-law, Janet Schneider, of McHenry, IL; his nieces, Alison and Rachel Schneider, McHenry, IL, other relatives and many friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Larson.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage, with Rev. Meredith Bedker Musaus officiating.  Inurnment will be held at a later date in Sunnyside Cemetery in the Town of Lannon.  Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.    

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Jeff’s name to a charity of your choice.
