Charles S. Duell

 

PORTAGE  –  Charles S. Duell, age 80, of Portage, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2011 at Golden Years in Pardeeville.

Charles was born on December 28, 1930 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Sidney and Alice (Evoy) Duell, Sr. He lived at Golden Years in Pardeeville, and worked at Northwoods Inc. of Wisconsin and the Portage Curling Club.

He is survived by his sister and brother, Lucy (Douglas) Dewsnap, Endeavor, and Sidney (Alison) Duell, Jr., Emerado, North Dakota;  five nephews, Douglas (Jan) Dewsnap, Jr., Portage, Steven (Heidi) Dewsnap, Madison, Charles Duell, Aberdeen, South Dakota, William Duell, Portage, and Cory (Jennifer) Carivau, Grand Forks, North Dakota;  other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a niece, Jennifer Ann Duell, and his brother, Edward Duell.

Services will be private with Dr. Steven Corbett, Grace Bible Church, officiating.
