Brenda M. Gray

POYNETTE –  Brenda M. Gray, age 46, of Poynette, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at HospiceCare, Inc. in Fitchburg.

Brenda was born on December 11, 1964 in Madison, the daughter of LaVern and Sheila (Crapp) Gray.  She graduated from Poynette High School in 1983.

She is survived by her mother, Sheila Gray, DeForest;  her sister and brothers, Cindy Miller of Evergreen, Colorado, Gary (Julie) Gray, Poynette, Dennis (Cindy) Gray, Poynette, and Russ Gray, Poynette;  her special niece, Kayden Gray, DeForest;  special cousin, Lonnie Strait, Madison;  special friends, Paul and Michelle Manthe, DeForest;  other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  She was preceded in death by her father, LaVern “Stub” Gray, her grandparents, James and Philey Crapp, John and Anne Gray, and her nephew, Brandon Gray.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Poynette, with the Rev. Glen Schmiege officiating.  Burial will follow in Dekorra Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Poynette.
