Terry Lynn Mettler

REEDSBURG – Terry Lynn Mettler, age 52 of Reedsburg, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly in his home Sunday, September 20, 2015.

Terry was born on July 27, 1963 in Monmouth, Illinois, the son of Joseph and Helen (Yeager) Mettler.  He was a member of the Briggsville Volunteer Fire Department for over 13 years.  Terry enjoyed spending time with his family, woodworking, cooking & baking; and had a great love of the outdoors. 

He is survived by his children Kaela Elise Mettler, Reedsburg & Zachery Gordon Mettler, Windsor; his brothers & sisters: Rex Mettler, April Nickols, Helen Myers, Cindy Mettler and Mark Mettler and many nieces and nephews; his former wife Anne-Marie (Matchette) Bogan and former brother-in-law Paul Matchette; family friend Taylor Thompson and his four-legged companion Zoey.  Terry was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers & sisters: Edwin Mettler (brother); Beverly Powers (sister); Peggy Mettler (sister); Sandy Tinkham (sister); Danny Mettler (brother);and his four-legged companion Buster.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
