Una M. Neely

PORTAGE  --  Una M. Neely, age 73, passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Divine Savior Healthcare hospital in Portage.

Una was born on August 5, 1943, in Camp Creek, West Virginia, the daughter of Bethel and Una (Cooper) Hensley.  She was a member of the Coal Miners Union.

Una is survived by her daughters, Drema (Timothy) Gray, of Portage and Cheryl Stringfellow, of Colorado; her sister, Patricia (Floyd) Goff, of Smithfield, Virginia; her grandchildren, Drema (Steve) Allen of Hudson, NC, Tanya Krueger, of Portage, Toren Nesthus, of Baraboo, Trysten (Natalia) Nesthus, of Tucson, AZ, David (Amy) Gray of Flatwoods, KY, Alex Gray of Kentucky, Shane Stringfellow and Jalene Stringfellow, both of Colorado; her 12 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bufford Doug Neely, her sisters, Fay Sonnenfeld, and Lula Bell Riggs, and her granddaughter, Nicole Madonna Mae.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.  Inurnment will be private.
