Sherill L. Olson

POYNETTE  --  Sherill L. Olson, age 63, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at her home in Poynette.

Sherill was born on May 9, 1953 in Portage, the daughter of Richard and Julia (Blackley) Elsing.  She married Mark Olson on November 6, 1982.           

She is survived by her father, Richard Elsing, of Poynette;  her husband, Mark Olson, of Poynette; her children, Rachel (Shane) Childers, Darrel (Shannon) Moll, Adam Olson and Drew Olson; her step-son, Mark C. Olson; her grandchildren, Vance and Hunter Childers, Chance and Emma Moll; her step-father, Joseph Eckert, Jr.; her brothers, Richard (Barb) Elsing and Tony (Michele) Elsing; her sisters, Jody Marble and Robyn (Tim) Posey; her brother-in-law, David Olson, numerous nephews and nieces, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Julia Elsing, her mother-in-law, Mary Olson-Eckert,  her brothers-in-law, Dan Olson and Mick Olson, her sisters-in-law, Sheila Starkey and husband, Ronnie, and Jaye Olson.   

There will be a celebration of life on October 8, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Olson house in  Poynette.

You were a great and wonderful mom.  You will be missed by a lot of great friends and family.  We love you and miss you with our hearts.
