Kenneth L. “Keni Bang Bang Smurf” Lange

MOUNDVILLE TWP– Kenneth L. “Keni Bang Bang Smurf” Lange, age 56, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at his home in the Township of Moundville.    

Ken was born on April 8, 1963, in Baraboo, the son of Dennis and Bonnie (Schmidtke) Lange.  He loved music and his true passion, playing drums.  Ken enjoyed fishing hunting, bowling, softball and especially spending time with his children and grandchildren. 

He is survived by his parents, Dennis and Bonnie Lange, of Lake Delton; his wife, Valerie Lange, of Portage; his children, David (Lauren) Lange and Brandon (Megan) Lange, both of Portage, TJ (Kelsey) Lange, of Columbus and Katelynn (Josh) Lange, of Endeavor; his grandchildren, Liam, Lokius, Corey, Sylvia, Jordy, Tiffne and Vanellope; his brothers Mike (Constance) Lange, of Baraboo and Robert (Sabrina) Lange, of Lyndon Station, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date.   The Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage is assisting the family.
