Karl-Heinz R. Lehmann

PORTAGE – Karl-Heinz R. Lehmann, age 66, of Portage, died on Wednesday, November 24, 2010, at Columbia Healthcare Center, in Wyocena.

Karl was born on September 20, 1944, in Germany.  He married Barbara Arnold on October 2, 1993.  He belonged to a German Hunting Club in Chicago and was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.   

Karl is survived by his wife, Barbara, Portage; his children, Kristine (Kevin) Arnswald, Carol Stream, IL, George (Carol) Arnold, Mukwonago, and Vicki Arnold, Portage; six grandchildren, Tiffany, Jason, Casondra, Kaitlyn, Jacob, and Justin; his sisters and brothers, Maria (Hubert) Toupin, Boon, MI, Rose (Joe) Klein, Oakwood Hills, IL, Fritz (Bridgit) Lehmann, Ludwigsburg, Germany, Margaret Carroll, San Antonio, TX, and Hans-Jorg (Heidi Rose) Vilcans, Germany; a sister-in-law, Donna Bull, Portage.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Elisabeth, and his brother Walter.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Portage with Rev. Dick Inglett officiating.  Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at the church.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established by the family.
